When you exercise you need a lot of carbohydrates so it's important to eat bread, pasta, rice, legumes, fruits and starchy foods like potatoes. You should also eat proteins such as fish, milk, eggs. It's also important to drink water to stay hydrated while you exercise. After exercising you should eat meat to allow your body to recover better.
