He's not very good at getting his ideas across. 

 to get around- go to different places 

Getting around during the weekends is my favourite activity .

to get out - leave a place 

You had better get out of here and leave things as they are.

to get together - meet and spend time with someone 

After school we  are getting  together to discuss the details of the party. 

to get up -  wake up and rise to a standing position 

It is not easy to me to get up so early .

Question tags 

Question tags are small questions added to the end of a statement to invite agreement or confirmationThey are formed by combining an auxiliary verb with the appropriate pronoun. If the statement is positive, the tag is negative, and vice versa. For example, "You are free, aren't you?
